Pop in the site address and how many plots. Pay the fixed fee. That's the last bit of paperwork you do today.

You upload the site plan
In your portal: drag the site layout in, the planning reference, and your Building Control reference if you've got it. Auto-saves as you go.

7–10 working days
We sort the broadband
We line up Openreach, draw up the connectivity plan in the format Building Control wants, and get it lodged. We email you when it's done.

Same day
You get the sign-off letter
A 1310-stamped letter and the connectivity plan, ready to hand to your Building Control inspector. Condition discharged.
